In-Person Training
Service includes:
Full battery of assessments to establish a baseline of physical fitness and health- Assessments give a thorough and accurate picture of your unique fitness, flexibility, and health data. This allows for monthly reassessment to show a much more complete picture of progress than simply inches and pounds.
Customized fitness plan- Using your personal goals, information from your assessments, lifestyle, equipment available, preferences, and any unique limitations, your individualized fitness plan will be created just for you to help correct any flexibility or movement pattern struggles and help you reach your goals.
60-minute In-person training sessions 1-3 times weekly- I will come to you with my portable equipment to work with you using the customized fitness plan, discuss goals, problem solve struggles, and use accountability through positivity and encouragement to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Nutrition coaching- The saying goes that you cannot out-exercise a bad diet, and it’s mostly true. We will discuss nutrition choices that can help prevent self-sabotage and fuel your body to feel its best without feeling deprived or cheated. I AM NOT ABOUT A FAD OR DIET! THIS IS HEALTHY LIVING FOR LIFE!
Email and text access for check-ins and questions- It takes time to change habits and learn new ways of taking care of your health. I am accessible to my clients by text or email 8am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday.
Pricing:
In-person, one-on-one personal training at your home using my portable equipment- $25-35/hour, depending on length of contract♣
In-person, one-on-one personal training at Elizabeth Randolph Lewis Powhatan YMCA in Powhatan, VA- $40-50/hour as per YMCA
guidelines(see YMCA website for details)
♣ Childcare is available in your home during your training sessions for an additional $10/hour
Virtual Training

60-minute Face-to-Face training sessions once weekly- Teleconference(Zoom, Google Meets, etc) sessions to work with you using the customized fitness plan, discuss goals, problem solve struggles, and use accountability through positivity and encouragement to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Full exercise program with examples and instructions for daily use- I utilize the NASM Edge app(free to my clients) to put together daily movement plans and exercise programs complete with visual instructions on each exercise, stretch, etc, to help you get an excellent, trainer guided workout whenever and where ever it is convenient for you. Fitness programs are updated weekly after our live sessions to address your unique needs and challenges, and continue to provide steady progress toward your goals.
